It's the middle of the year, but I've just bought myself a 2022 deskcalendar.
Of course, I have calendar apps built into every device I own, but I was using them for scheduling, not planning.
That's a huge distinction (which I failed to make when I recorded this podcast.)The point, of course, is that we are so focused on the advanced ninja business skills that we end up forgetting the fundamentals.
