I do some fangirling in this episode about the Netflix documentary, MerPeople. The love, commitment, and community completely blew me away. One mermaid, in particular, stole my heart by showing up so vulnerably. I share what came up for me when witnessing her being in her head and then connected to her heart and how different her demeanor became as she shifted from one to the other.
