For all those times you're about to do something new or something that might get you out of your comfort zone, please refer to Emma's "NET" rule. You will never lose anything from this experience; you can only gain something or at least get a funny story out of it. Remember, your cringiest moments become your funniest stories. So, say yes to that date, go to that workout class alone, introduce yourself to someone new, and the worst that could happen is some character development for the plot!!
