In this solo episode I cover the topic of Radical Self Love. I center my conversation on Sonya Renee Taylor book "Your Body Is Not An Apology: The Power of Radical Self-Love. I begin the episode by providing different definitions of self love. I then discuss why it's important to have an intersectional lens when discussing self-love. I share some strategies that can help you purge/detox toxic narratives that you have been carrying while reminding you of the importance of self-compassion. I also discuss the difference between body positivity, body neutrality, and body acceptance.
