[JOURNALING IS FOR MEN & WOMEN]
This episode is for those who have and have not been exposed to journaling. The stigma around journaling has to be shifted. Evolving Through Experience will play a role in that transformation. Kids, women, and men need to hear and see the power of journaling. Journaling is a form of healing and can used for many different reasons. Equity D shares the start of when he started and the impact it has had on his life. Although, some people still won't be ready to break the lies/propaganda attached with journaling we must start with the ones willing. Evolving Through Experience will do the rest. Share with us how journaling has helped you. Try to journal for a week daily and then come tell us your experience. If you don't see any transformation tag us and let us know. We want to hear your experience and from there we can assist to see how we can help make a change. Journaling can save lives, try it. This is just the beginning and as this BRAND/PURPOSE moves forward we will be taking the community and supporters with us. Evolving Through Experience is more than a brand, a show, or a podcast; this is a PURPOSE. A purpose that the world needs to hear and share. This episode is just the second of many more. The truth is we are all evolving even the purpose. We will figure this out as we go! We need the supporters to help us out as we grow to see what is best.
