Description

When it comes to our parents we often know how they have hurt us in our upbringing and we either justify it with "they did the best that they could" we label them as toxic and may cut them off. If this is part of your journey, let me say there is nothing wrong with you, but the reason that we label it as either "this" or "that" lies in our limited capacity to hold complex emotions and contrasting thoughts.

In this episode I explain how binary thinking about our parents actually really hurts us and how that pain can manifest in our lives, how you can expand to hold multiple truths and conflicting emotions and/or thoughts.
