I used to be a master at playing the negative "what if" game, playing out all of the worst case scenarios, forcing myself to find solutions to issues that were out of my control, wasting all of my energy while drowning in survival mode.. does that sound anything like you?

I am happy to say that I no longer do that. I may fall into a trap of old pattern from time to time, but I now know when that happens and snap right back out of it.

Instead, I now play the positive "what if" game, I play out all of the best case scenarios and instead of worry, I WONDER about how the situation might play out, always anticipating the best.

Have you ever tried doing that? Cause honestly, the negative games are old.. you already know how that works, so why not try something new, something fun? And trust me, it changes how things play out.
