Today I have a very beautiful conversation with Tressalyn. I reached out to her after seeing her birth video of her fourth child on instagram. It was amazing to see such a force of energy move through her body as her baby was being born, but I’ll let her tell that story.
What I will say is, Tressalyn had her first baby within a hospital setting and was harmed due to, in my opinion, medical malpractice with the deliverance of an epidural that she didn’t even want. Tressalyn also had an un-consented episiotomy and suffered greatly in the immediate postpartum time due to this hospital neglect.
She then goes on to have her next three babies in the comfort of her own home and with each birth learned something new about her strength and power as a woman and a mother.
