41. Everything Within Me Got So Quiet

Today, I have the honor of speaking with my friend from afar, NinNeru’aEl. We’ve known each other for quite a few years now and I’ve watched as NinNeru’aEl has blossomed into the woman that she is today. In this talk that we share together, I was so excited to hear of the story of her pregnancy and birth journey.

I also have to mention, we had such a fun time as she was telling her story, I think I laughed all the way throughout as it was so lighthearted and lovely to hear.

Here is what NinNeru’aEl speaks to:

*Having a very clear sign after facilitating an Ancestral Connections Talk at a Women’s Festival that she was ready to bring her daughter into the world

*Connecting to her daughter’s spirit with a Spirit Baby Medium

*When she finally got pregnant, NinNeru’aEl chose to move through her pregnancy completely free of the medical system

*How she navigated her food aversions within the first trimester

*Stepping into the practice of deep trust in her body

*Rage cleaning her kitchen at 2am while feeling early birthing sensations

*Giving gratitude to her body as the sensations began picking up

*Deepening into the birth experience after creating a cozy and safe space within her bathroom

*Finally birthing her baby onto the bathroom floor while being completely alone

*And navigating a painful to start breastfeeding relationship

This is such a fun story of a first time mother choosing what felt most aligned for her and her baby to come into the world and it’s one of those stories that cannot be missed.
