Robert Lisowski shares his family story focusing mainly on his father’s (Marian Lisowski) many obstacles that started at an early age. Explaining what he knows about the decades that passed from the tail end of World War I up to present day, Robert shows us that on the other side of survival you can find community, opportunity, reunion and a strong family.
He came prepared with printed material, shared photos of his family and even helped me locate the towns that my great grandparents were from.
