Tips for hormone balance/fertility:

1. Don't drink coffee first thing before food in the AM- drink caffeine after food.

2. Do not skip breakfast 

3. Aim for 30g of protein at each meal (pay special attention to breakfast)

4. Include non-starchy vegetables with most meals (goal is to fill half your plate with non-starchy veg)
