Today we are deep diving into our faveee way to approach nutrition - tracking macros.Doing this has been instrumental in both of our food journeys and not only ensuring we’re fueling properly, but also ensuring we’re seeing changes in our body composition and helping us hold onto that muscle we work sooo hard for.

While this isn’t something we implement all of the time anymore because we have done it for so long and have a good understanding of our bodies’ needs and portion sizes - it’s a good tool to go back to when we have more specific goals when it comes to our bodies or to just get us back in the right mindset when it comes to food.
