Hello beautiful moms! We loveeee today’s topic because this is something there’s a lot of misconceptions about and we are going to bust through allll of the myths when it comes to exercise during pregnancy.
We always go back to this pamphlet we were given as we’re sure many of you were and there’s honestly just a short bulleted list on how to approach working out during pregnancy which is not helpful at all.
And what’s even less helpful - is when your doctor tells you to keep doing what you were doing before and don’t add in anything new which we will chat more about later in the episode and also hearing so many different perspectives from different doctors. Some are very old school and some are not so it can be really confusing so we want to really clear that up for you today!
