This month, we're chatting all things mind-body connection, "Body Wisdom" and holistic health with the insightful and illuminating Dr Talia Steed, holistic counsellor and author of Body Wisdom: What Is Your Body Trying to Tell You?
Dr Talia shares with us aspects of her ongoing journey through spiritual awakening and opening up to her own true self. She openly recounts her journey from medical school to psychiatry registrar training, then deregistering as a doctor and later training as a GP; while simultaneously stepping through her own personal journey of transcending relationship and mental health challenges and chronic gut issues, to opening to her innate body wisdom and following her own path of self-discovery.
Today, (as well as completing books 4 and 5!) Dr. Talia supports her clients through a holistic approach to health. Integrating science and spirituality (body, mind, and soul), she works intuitively with anyone seeking guidance through spiritual awakening, plus across areas of expertise that include: mind-body symptoms underlying unresolved chronic health issues, women's health, mental health, career and relationship counselling and working with highly sensitive people (HSPs).
And as a special gift for us listeners, Dr Talia has extended a generous 10% discount on her online course (including her course + consult bundle), using codes:
