Is it even possible to go too far?

I love the idea of inclusivity. I grew up being bullied, isolated, and left out. I don't want ANYONE to feel that way.

And...should a group bend to the will of an individual because of a preference? How about if an individual has a need?

In the case of someone being deaf, blind, or wheelchair bound, I think it's clear that the group should bend to the individual.

If a person has a mere "preference", which is contrary to the group, then I believe the polite thing to do is concede to the majority.

Am I wrong? Am I right? Are there other options, or factors to consider?
