Welcome to our special guest Vanessa Cutting who is a multi-talented individual who proudly refers to herself as a jack of all trades. Following a life-changing SCAD heart attack in 2020, she transitioned into becoming a social media influencer and content creator. Prior to this, Vanessa had dedicated 17 years to being a full-time Pilates instructor, fitness trainer, and yoga instructor, accumulating over 18 certifications along the way. She firmly believes in the healing power of movement and considers it her personal therapy.Vanessa's philosophy revolves around embracing authenticity and having fun while being true to oneself. Through her social channels, she shares glimpses of her life with her husband and children, while also raising awareness about important issues such as kids with food allergies and eczema, heart health, and SCAD heart attack awareness in young women. Alongside these meaningful endeavors, Vanessa also indulges in her hobbies of makeup, hair, and fashion.
