Herbs have been used as medicine since the dawn of time! They are extremely powerful and in today's episode we touch on just a few of these powerful herbs that help with the big bad wolf of our modern day lives - STRESS!

Dr. Colleen Hug ND graduated from Bastyr University and is currently in her residency at ReDirect Health in Scottsdale, AZ. She has a passion for melding naturopathic modalities into standard primary care. She has studied native plants though the Southwest, Pacific Northwest, and New England. During school, the former Botanical Medicine Club president gave guided plant hikes through Los Penosquitos Canyon and lead herbal medicine tours at the Trees for Health garden in Balboa Park. She hikes and makes wild medicine every weekend, becoming more familiar with the native plants in her new home of Phoenix AZ.
