EP. 126 - Why Having And Casting The Vision Matters
I recently had a conversation with a friend of mine about how to build an organization that attracts and retains high quality, dedicated individuals. While I don't have the solid answer to that as I am still working on building it, I figured it would provide value to share some of the key points we discussed.
If there is no clearly defined vision for the people, we can't expect them to remain engaged in the mission. If we have a clear vision, but we don't communicate it, we can't expect anyone to buy into it.
