EP 128 - Transparency Continued: Peer To Peer
Too often, I see other business owners engaging in conversations with their peers and present, what appears to be, a large lack of transparency in "how things are going".
Whether it is lack of transparency in challenges, minimizing wins, or not openly connecting other individuals that could benefit from each other, business owners seem to naturally try and operate on an island by themselves.
Building relationships with your peers isn't only enjoyable, it's required to make it through this journey in building a career that most don't dare to attempt.
