Today Katie goes through the "911/ Radio Controversy" Timeline she created to help the public understand what actions Comm'r Hung & Lundy took to get Cleveland Communications Inc a multi million dollar contract.
Katie discusses some of the most significant dates in 2021-2022 that Lorain County Sheriffs investigation claims nothing happened with Radios in 2021-2022.
12/08/2021 is one of the most significant dates of entire investigation.
David Moore lays out all of Hung's behavior through 2021.
3/15/2022 is another significant date discussed.
Commissioner Moore questions number 722 under requisitions for Mission Critical Partners: Continuation of Consulting Services for Fire Station Alerting/Radio System: $49,995.36/ $4.64 BELOW REQUIRED BID.
ORC 307.86 – Competitive Bidding Law states
anything over $50,000 is required to go out for a competitive bid.
The board has not decided to even go with Cleveland
Communications, and this is a backdoor way to get
back to that $6.5 million which brings him back to June 14th meeting where Commissioner Hung and former 911 Director/Hung BF wanted to award CCI a $6.45 million dollar contract.
Cleveland Communications is mentioned 26 times in
the Mission Critical agreement. This is not an independent review of 911 and Moore votes No.
- Assistant County Prosecutor admits he has never seen this consulting agreement previously nor has Leigh. Commissioner Moore said he would like them to review the consulting agreement. Board holds item 722 on
requisitions to allow time for the agreement to be reviewed.
Once again Mission Critical under to $50,000 threshold by $4.94.
Katie continues to discuss the cast of characters who are at the center of Lorain Counties "radio" controversy. These characters have used their offices, local news, social media, safety forces, and politics to divide a county and create chaos all to hide their misdeeds and corruption.
