Joy is your birthright! It is nothing you need to earn or wait for. It resides in you and you just need to access it. You can experience joy in the midst of chaos, give yourself permission. Look at what you are currently doing in your life to create joy and do more of that. If it no longer serves you, try something else. Joy is in your backyard, you don't have to go searching for it. It's there waiting for you.
Remember every day may not be filled with joy, but you can create joyful moments in every day.
