Description

They say being a parent is one of the most challenging and rewarding jobs a person will ever have. This week, Henry Ho joins us as a new dad in his early 30s to spill the tea on all things fatherhood. He shares insights on his changing identity, marriage, and friendships over the past two years. We ask what he wishes others knew behind the scenes, and the indescribable joys of being a parent. Join us as we talk to the man who traded in his badminton racket for a diaper bag.

Do you have a story about what helps you thrive in your 30s, or challenges you’ve endured or overcome? Let us know at that30sshowpod@gmail.com or DM our Instagram (not yet formally launched, but feel free to give us a follow first). Perhaps we can have you on the show! Any questions and feedback are also welcome.
