This week Tom explains the two coachability behaviours.
What is coachability, well one definition of coachability is:
‘The ability to utilise input streams to develop knowledge, understanding, skill, intuition, creativity and strategic thinking to progress to a more effective version of one’s self’.
There are many behaviours and concepts that contribute to an individual’s coachability and those that are given the greatest focus depend on the specific needs of any individual’s journey. However, like the four core Accomplishment Behaviours©️, we believe there are two critical coachability behaviours that coachees must be consistent in sustaining and developing for their journey to be one of individualised accomplishment that has a strong probability of unlocking a high percentage of their potential.
