Winter’s darkness invites celebration. Engaging in ritual during this time keeps us grounded throughout our journey along the internal, spiritual spiral we travel upon during the season of emptiness.
In this episode, we reflect on how winter has flowed so effortlessly for us this year and posit that perhaps this could be rooted in the way we blessed the season’s opening with ritual darkness and ceremonial emptiness. Winter delivers grief, offers glimpses of death, and silently demands surrender – and this keeps us in touch with what’s real.
