Description

Today's guest is Andrea Zavala. a life coach, speaker, Emmy award winner, filmmaker, and mother of two: Lyric (a deaf son) and Aaliyah (a wild child). After losing herself in a relationship that was toxic on both ends and surviving a period of living in her car she decided it was time to stop the madness and change her life. She began to work on her inner self and has gone from living a life she wanted an escape from to living out her dreams. From there, she has gone on to create a thriving life coach practice and in 2024 is starting Zavala Media a film production company based out of Las Vegas. Her mission is to help others change their mindsets and build a roadmap to live out their wildest dreams.

Your host is Janet Sandberg, a former gothic punk girl with a dragon tattoo who is now a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass. She’s an intuitive channel, coach, energy master, and author. After a 23-year-old family friend ended her own life last year and after having survived many years of darkness and despair herself, Janet started this podcast to talk about the darkness so that if you're in it, you'll feel less alone. She also wanted to let you know that it gets better by sharing inspiring stories from those of us who have made it out the other side and are now thriving.
