Description

This week's guest is Jillian Andre, who is an amazing example of turning trauma into transformation and triumph. Seven years ago Jillian found herself
going through a divorce with a 7 month old baby, weighing close to 400 pounds, and being uneducated. The divorce sent her into a dark depression. Since then she has lost over 200 pounds, bought a home of her own, married a man with wonderful step children, and completed her MBA at Suffolk University this past spring. She now runs a blog called TheMomInIt where she supports Moms in their co-parenting divorce journey and runs a support group through JaneDoesWell.org

Your host is Janet Sandberg, a former gothic punk girl with a dragon tattoo who is now a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass. She’s an intuitive channel, coach, energy master, and author. After a 23-year-old family friend ended her own life last year and after having survived many years of darkness and despair herself, Janet started this podcast to talk about the darkness so that if you're in it, you'll feel less alone. She also wanted to let you know that it gets better by sharing inspiring stories from those of us who have made it out the other side and are now thriving.
