Description

My guest is Amy Boelter, who is a mother, wife, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. In 2017 and 2018 she was given the challenge of a lifetime with an Infertility Journey. It was the only thing in her life that her Type A personality could not control. During this time she was diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety and Depression and started working hard on her Mental Health. She finally became a mom in May of 2020. YEP! She had a baby smack in the middle of the pandemic. During that time her drinking really picked up, she was diagnosed as borderline diabetic, had high blood pressure, major digestive issues, and PCOS. She got fed up and in January of 2022 began a journey to reclaim her health mentally and physically. Now she wants to help other mommas, busy women, and women who are active in fitness but lack nutritional understanding grasp this one area while they work on reclaiming their health. She firmly believes we are given our mess to make it our message.

Your host is Janet Sandberg, a former gothic punk girl with a dragon tattoo who is now a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass. She’s an intuitive channel, coach, energy master, and author who helps people find their soul's purpose and use it to build a life of fulfillment, happiness, love, and success.

After a 23-year-old family friend ended her own life last year and after having survived many years of darkness and despair herself, Janet started this podcast to talk about the darkness so that if you're in it, you'll feel less alone. She also wanted to let you know that it gets better by sharing inspiring stories from those of us who have made it out the other side and are now thriving.
