Description

This week's guest is Becky Ogden, who says, "the hardest
work I’ve ever done in my life has been to heal when wounded, raging parts of myself wanted to be angry and sad. I’ve done it before - with stubborn resolve that I was going to heal because I wasn’t going to be anyone’s victim.  I can do it again. One moment slaughtered some of my most sacred cows, so everything in my life is up for re-examination. I’m paying attention
to how my body and my energy feel as I pick each one up, consider it, and decide whether to release it or hold onto it.

Much has been released, and I am leaning into four things now:

  1. Healing my heart and soul
  2. Learning how to create and hold healthy boundaries
  3. Creating a warm, welcoming, safe community for other
divorced women who are building or scaling businesses to connect and support one another, called The Divorced Women’s Entrepreneurial Guild.
  4. Saving, earning, and investing with The No More 9 to 5 Club and Nexus Rewards, and showing others how to do the same.

Your host is Janet Sandberg, a former gothic punk girl with a dragon tattoo who is now a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass. She’s an intuitive channel, coach, energy master, and author who helps people find their soul's purpose and use it to build a life of fulfillment, happiness, love, and success.

After a 23-year-old family friend ended her own life in 2022 and after having survived many years of darkness and despair herself, Janet started this podcast to talk about the darkness so that if you're in it, you'll feel less alone. She wants to let you know that it gets better by sharing inspiring stories from those of us who have made it out the other side and are now thriving.
