This week's guest is Elana Davidson, the author of the book “finding your own happy” that shares her lived experience of coming out of decades of struggles with often suicidal-levels of depression. She specializes in helping empathic and sensitive folks put an end to emotional exhaustion, drain and overwhelm, heal their past pain and trauma and reclaim their confidence so that they can experience true peace and happiness and navigate through the world with ease.
Your host is Janet Sandberg, a former gothic punk girl with a dragon tattoo who is now a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass. She’s an intuitive master, divine channel, personal coach, and author who helps people find their soul's purpose and use it to build a life of fulfillment, happiness, love, and success.
After a 23-year-old family friend ended her own life in 2022 and after having survived many years of darkness and despair herself, Janet started this podcast to talk about the darkness so that if you're in it, you'll feel less alone. She wants to let you know that it gets better by sharing inspiring stories from those of us who have made it out the other side and are now thriving.
Janet also volunteers as a Crisis Counsellor at the Crisis Text Line, helping people in crisis move from a hot moment to a cool calm.
