This week's guest is JP Marsh, a 41-year-old, Single, Girl Dad to a 9-year-old. He is in a healthy co-parenting relationship and lives a very simple, peaceful life.

We heard from JP about his life experiences, including his struggles with alcoholism, trauma, and depression. He emphasized the importance of personal development, co-parenting, and understanding human psychology in creating his life of peace and simplicity.

Janet also volunteers as a Crisis Counsellor at the Crisis Text Line, helping people in crisis move from a hot moment to a cool calm.
