Your host is Janet Sandberg, a former gothic punk girl with a dragon tattoo who is now a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass. She’s a reiki master teacher, divine channel, intuitive life coach, and author who helps people find their soul's purpose and use it to build a life of fulfillment, happiness, love, and success.

After a 23-year-old family friend ended her own life in 2022 and after having survived many years of darkness and despair herself, Janet started this podcast to talk about suicidal ideation so that those who are experiencing it will feel less alone. She wants to let you know that it gets better by sharing inspiring stories from those of us who have made it out the other side and are now thriving.

Janet also volunteers as a Crisis Counsellor at the Crisis Text Line, helping people in crisis move from a hot moment to a cool calm.
