Description

My guest this week is Gordon Campbell, a multi creative content creator who recently published a book on mental illness and is quirky in a podcast of his own.

Your host is Janet Sandberg, a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass with over 35 years of metaphysical expertise. She’s a soul interpreter, reiki master teacher, divine channel, intuitive life coach, and author who helps you tap into your soul's wisdom in order to rebuild your life with meaning and purpose following major life transitions, loss, or suicidal ideation.

Janet started this podcast after a 23-year-old family friend ended her own life in 2022 and after having survived many years of darkness and despair herself. On the podcast, we openly talk about suicidal ideation so that those who are experiencing it will feel less alone. Janet shares inspiring stories from those of us who have made it out the other side and are now thriving so that listeners will know that it gets better.

Janet also volunteers as a Crisis Counsellor at the Crisis Text Line, helping people in crisis move from a hot moment to a cool calm.

Please subscribe to hear more and share with those who might need to hear these inspiring stories.
