Description

Today's guest is Nicole Schiener, an award winning Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario Canada. She's a Certified Canadian Counsellor, Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional and regular contributor to the Gottman Institute Blog. Her mission is to prevent burnout by helping to liberate moms and helping professionals from perfectionism and the pressure to do it all.

She's a nature lover, proud mom of two teens and professional facilitator.

Her podcast interviews, articles and free guides can be found on her website under free resources.

Your host is Janet Sandberg, a former gothic punk girl with a dragon tattoo who is now a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass. She’s an intuitive channel, coach, energy master, and author. After a 23-year-old family friend ended her own life last year and after having survived many years of darkness and despair herself, Janet started this podcast to talk about the darkness so that if you're in it, you'll feel less alone. She also wanted to let you know that it gets better by sharing inspiring stories from those of us who have made it out the other side and are now thriving.
