Description

This week we’re chatting with Molly Worth, creator and CEO of The Factory Buffalo - the product development and small batch manufacturing space right here in Buffalo, NY. From design consultation to fabric sourcing and project management, The Factory is any entrepreneur’s ‘one stop shop’ for all sorts of manufacturing.

From starting her career with a business degree, Molly worked within various jobs within the worlds of wardrobe and music. Molly’s knowledge of apparel construction actually came from deconstructing vintage garments and learning about the history of fashion from a Williamsburg vintage shop owner.

A few years later, she decided to launch her very own women’s RTW line, Once And For All Clothing, where she learned about the world of manufacturing and built relationships with producers across the country and beyond.

We’re talking all about how she navigated the world of manufacturing throughout those years, and what led her to eventually create her own space in small-scale manufacturing.

How did The Factory get to where it is now, and - better yet - where is it headed? Tune in to hear it all!
