In this episode of Marvellous Women: The Podcast, Abby Reynolds graced the virtual stage as a special guest. Known for her authentic leadership style and selflessness, Abby delved into the heart of what it means to lead with purpose and genuine passion.
Abby is the Business Partnership Manager within UQ Business School’s Executive Education unit, working closely with clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to design and deliver bespoke learning and development programs. In addition to her work with strategic clients, Abby has spent the last 14 years’ of her career working within the higher education sector, which has developed her passion for lifelong learning and the enablement of education to assist learnings in exploring new pathways and different ways of thinking.
Abby strongly believes that within education, we have the ability to constantly create change in the way people think, act and provide them with the tools and inspirations to challenge the status quo and deliver real impact within business and society.
She is deeply passionate about unlocking capabilities and widening opportunities for people and business through strategy-led approaches and has made a conscious choice to design her career around this. Outside of her work life, you can find Abby playing AFL and this year delving into the world of coaching, which is another huge passion of hers – female sport and being able to encourage and create a small impact into the female pathways within the sporting environments.
