In this episode, we explore the art of communication within relationships and the importance of asking for what we need. 

Drawing on the Nonviolent Communication principles of Marshall Rosenberg, we practice how to express ourselves in a way that fosters connection and understanding with our partners. 

We discuss how to identify our own feelings and needs, and how to communicate them in a way that respects the needs and feelings of our partners. 

Our conversation is a reminder that asking for what we need is not only important, but also an act of vulnerability and love in any partnership.
