We both open up about the diagnosis process, surgery and management as well as give some tips for dealing with the pain.
The aim of this episode is to increase awareness around endometriosis and hopefully help someone else who may be struggling.
It's not normal to be in debilitating pain, have super heavy bleeds, nausea or any symptoms like that around your period. Unfortunately it is common, but we want to help educate women so they can take control of their health.
Next episode, we speak to Dani Antonellos. Dani is an injury rehabilitation specialist whole whole-heartedly believes that movement is medicine, and we dive deep into this topic as well as many others!
