With special guest Sophie Kuncio!

This was an incredible episode, we spoke to Soph about motherhood, training, powerlifting, business and everything in between. Soph works with women during all phases of becoming a mum, from preconception to postpartum and everything in between. She aims to help women feel empowered through training and all the things that go along with becoming a mum.

Soph believes that becoming a mum was the making of her as a human and it was incredible to hear her share her story so vulnerably and with so much passion.

We also spoke about the juggle between being a mum, training and running a business. Plus getting back into powerlifting and competing for the first time since having her son.
