Welcome back to episode 32!

Relationships! From romantic relationships, friendships, family relationships and everything in between.

Healthy relationships are a huge part of having a healthy lifestyle and our mental health. They say you are the product of the five people closest to you, so how can we make those relationships positive?

This is something Ema and Sarah discuss during this episode as well as setting boundaries in relationships, how our partners impact our health and fitness, and what we believe to be the key aspects of a healthy relationship.

Communication is the number one thing that we both believe builds a strong and healthy relationship. Understanding your own love language, how you like to communicate and how you like to be communicated with is a really helpful starting point. Then learning about your partner, friend or family members communication style and love language is also helpful. A huge part of creating strong communication is building trust with the other person and this is the second aspect we believe is extremely important when it comes to building healthy relationships.

Healthy relationships start with you, and building a healthy relationship with yourself - you can learn more about this throughout not only this episode but almost all of our episodes as this is something we are both very passionate about.

Next week, we welcome back a previous guest, who was very popular! Coach MG - in his first episode we promised to have him back for episode 33, and here we are! This was another great episode, we didn't really have a plan going in, and so many topics came up, relationships being one of them, we also got a business update from MG, plus some differences between an online coach and a personal trainer, communication, plus more.
