It was so much fun having MG on for Episode 11, so here he is again! This episode was a great follow on from the last one, which is one of our most popular episodes.
During our conversation with MG we discussed his businesses, competing, relationships and more. One of our topics was the difference between personal training and online coaching, it was great to hear MG's perspective as well as both Ema and Sarah's on this topic and why you may choose one option over the other if you are looking for a coach or trainer.
Conversations like this are our favourite, as they are unplanned and can take any direction. MG's business updates were exciting to hear about as well as how he is finding being president of the ANB bodybuilding association. It was interesting to hear about the challenges of this role, and how he is able to fit it in around his coaching and other businesses. We know you'll be just as excited as us to listen to MG again!
Next week, we discuss goal setting and mindset. This episode is a bit of a different take on goal setting, as we talk about ways you can still work on your goals when in a busy season of life. We wanted to open the conversation around mindset and knowing that it is okay to take a step back or simplify the steps you are taking towards your goals. Small consistent steps forward can help more than taking big leaps occasionally.
