Welcome back to episode 34!

Ema and Sarah are chatting about goal setting in a slightly different way today.

Back in Episode 2 we discussed our systems for setting goals, and today we wanted to talk about the mindset behind setting and working towards our goals, as this is something we feel isn't spoken about enough. A big part of setting and achieving goals is the energy we are able to put into them, and that was a huge focus for this episode. Determining how much energy and time you can put into something is an important part in deciding when the right time to start working on your goals is, this then makes it easier for you to start figuring out the micro goals you can start achieving to get you to your bigger goals.

We also talked about seasons of life, and how our life ebbs and flows and it is okay for our goals to do the same. We are heading into a busier time of year and both of us started to find ways to simplify our lives and the things we are doing to work on our goals so that we don't become overwhelmed or burnt out because we have too much on our plates. We hope you might be able to take some of these tips away and implement them in your own life when you're in busy periods.

We also want you to know that it is okay to change your goals or put them on hold if they're no longer feeling aligned or you don't have the energy for them.

Next week, we give a bit of a life update. We chat about where we're currently at with business, training, health and our personal lives. We also talk about what if any changes we are making in each area of our lives coming into the busy part of the year leading up to Christmas with all the extra social events.
