Nikki has over 20 years of experience in the field of L&D & leadership, who is passionate about people & seeing them succeed.
Niki has worked in outsourcing, medical devices, contact centres, community healthcare, distribution & now with Epos Now as Head of L&D.
Nikki describe herself as a work in progress & hopes to always be that way, she doesn't profess to have all the answers, but she has experiences & is willing to share!
