So on today's episode, we spill a lot. There was a lot going on, but we talked about diversity versus representation and why both of them have equal holdings, but why it's really important that businesses and people understand the difference between diversity and representation. We did talk about ourselves. I opened up a lot about my brother and that situation around having difficult conversations with family when it comes to, you know, this, this space. Yes. We had some really decent questions about how to talk to your kids about diversity and if we should not be talking about diversity at all.
