Listen up ladies - I've heard it time and time again that the reason for your lack of results is not having time to make healthy meals, not knowing how to plan meals that fit your goals, not knowing what to eat, etc. etc.

This episode dives into both meal planning (what you're going to eat) and prepping (the actual food) so that you're set up for success all week!

I hope that by the end of the episode you realize that you have options. You can eat things you enjoy and be successful but you also have some structure for taking all of the options and putting it into practice for your week.

Something about me is that I'm diligent about hitting my macros and being successful with my goals but I am absolutely not a chef. I love all of my food but I don't spend tons of time in the kitchen and I don't think you need to either to be successful😊 If you relate, I made you a special gift!!!
