How to be happy?

This is the eternal question that I struggled for a long time and the recipe for me is:

1. Be healthy because without healthy there is nothing to enjoy and be happy for.

2. Find who you love and makes you happy and be close to him/her/them

3. Find what you love doing and do more of it.

We spend 16-17 hours awake every day.

If we are not healthy, doing what we love and being around people that we love and love us back then we are wasting our time.

I guess that when one feels sick, then philosophical queastions pop into the mind.
