1. Praise and prayer are the avenues to deliverance.
2. In prayer—God exchanges our fear for radiant joy.
3. In prayer—God delivers us from emotional distress.
4. Those who fear, praise, and pray—are guarded by angels.
5. We experience God’s goodness through seeking him.
