The strains of everyday life are sometimes enough to cause our physical bodies to take a beating. We have to do everything in our power to hold onto good health, but mainly we need to seek God’s Word first. God’s word should be the central part of our goal of living a healthy lifestyle, of building up our emotional and physical bodies. We are all handed varying strengths and weaknesses and sometimes what we see as a weakness, can actually be a strength. A disabling condition may free us from a former earthly obligation and may open the doors for opportunities we would have never imagined. That understanding can give us strength.
