This edition of Purple City Podcast features the extremely kind and wonderfully interesting Carter coming in to represent Mango House Manitoba.
Mango House Manitoba is responsible for many defining moments in Winnipeg's art/music scene over the past few years including one of my favorite moments of 2023... Mango Fest.
Mango House is a gathering that started with three (the magic number) friends who wanted to host live music in their backyard.
After a string of festivals through the summer they weren't finished celebrating and decided to build something magical together.
They asked for help from friends to set up, perform, make food and gather to enjoy the party. It grows more every year and you can be part of it!
In this episode I chat with Carter all about the history of Mango House Manitoba leading right up to this year's Mango Fest and discuss future endeavors being organized by some of this cities most creative minds including the upcoming Mango House Productions: Much Ado About Nothing (link for tickets to Dec. 7th & 9th below)
