But who is Sunbreather?
Sunbreather came onto the Winnipeg music scene in late 2022 with their unique brand of proggy funk rock. The project materialized out of years of collaboration between guitarist Callum Young-Thiessen and drummer Noah Leggett and combined a diverse range of influences such as the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Porcupine Tree, and Meshuggah. Joined by singer Anah Rempel and bassist James Langdon, Sunbreather has made a name for themselves playing hard-hitting funkalicious tunes.
