Jordan Ta'amu was named the 2023 XFL MVP but this accolade didn't come easy. Overlooked coming out of a small high school in Hawaii, Jordan found himself at the New Mexico Military Institute, the only program to offer him a scholarship. Engulfed in culture shock and strict discipline, he managed to fight through injuries and adversity to solidify himself as the starting quarterback his sophomore year. From there, Ta'amu excelled on the field and the scouts took notice. Proving himself as a QB in the SEC, Jordan began his NFL journey. It hasn't been easy since, but God always seems to take him to unexpected places. To this day, Jordan continues to fight for his NFL dreams and continues to stay faithful and lead no matter what league calls.
